Dear customers, The monthly rent for Hippo House Kanamachi will increase from September 1 due to rising utility costs. The monthly rent will be ¥37000 for the first floor and ¥39000 for the second floor. Current tenants will not be affected by this increase, but will have to pay the new rent if they renew their lease contract from September 1.   Thank You Hippo House Management
