LA PORTA KOMAGOME is located just 2 mins on foot from Komagome station on JR Yamanote Line.
This Nakazato (Kita-ku) is very convenience area because once you take Yamanote Line it takes Ikebukuro: 6 mins, Shinjuku: 15 mins, Harajuku: 19 mins, Shibuya 21 mins, Nippori: 5 mins, Tokyo: 16 mins. Usually this area, around Yamanote Line is know as famous and very expensive but still it is popular cause the convenience as above.

4-A
The best of feature this room is huge shelf on the wall. You would be able to make a very nice and tidy room!
This room is furnished with desk/chair, bed, a light and AC.
It’s 7.24㎡ and rent is 39,000 JPY includes all utilities.
4-B
This room is 8.14㎡ and a bit more specious than 4-A and comes with closet, desk/chair, light, mini TV and fridge. (Please ask adding or removing of furniture) Monthly rent is 40,000 yen, it also includes utilities.

As it mentioned above all bills is including in the rent.

Microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooking tools, dishes/cutlery available.
BATH & SHOWER
As a female share house, we recommend you to use bathtub especially winter. There are many public bathes and onsen though having a bath daily is one of typical Japanese culture. It makes your body warm and well work for your beauty and health!! If you preferred shower, it is also available. (Both 3rd floor)

The house has 2 clean restrooms on 3rd floor.
This Komagome is very convenience area because once you take Yamanote Line it takes just only…Ikebukuro: 6 mins, Shinjuku: 15 mins, Harajuku: 19 mins, Shibuya 21 mins, Nippori: 5 mins, Tokyo: 16 mins. Usually this area, around Yamanote Line is known as famous and very expensive for housing especially around Shinjuku to Shibuya area, but Komagome is located opposite side. This is one of the reason that we could make low price rent. However, the distance between station is just only 2 or 3 minutes and each stations are very close. On top of that trains are coming every 2-3 mins! (Yamanote Line)
In addition, the other side of the Komagome station, north exit is connecting to Namboku Subway Line which is running north to south in Tokyo. (That’s why it named Nam- means south, Boku-means north! ) Next station Tabata is the station stopped JR Keihin Tohoku Line. It’s running between Saitama and Kanagawa so you can explore everywhere quite easy!
After leave east exit of the station, you will see lively shopping street, called AZALEA STREET. It covers gourmet, food, cafe, fashion, daily essentials, clinics etc. The share house is 2 mins walk through the street and convenience store, supermarket and pharmacy is 30 seconds!
