　　・Person who move-in by January 25th
　　・Person who makes a contract
more than 4 months
　　・Initial fee　30,000 yen
　　・Deposit 40,000 yen
　　　（It will be refunded after 4 months）
　　　If you meet the requirments,
　　　the first month rent 40,000 yen
will be free.
　　　※If you move-out less than 4 months,
　　　　Deposit won't be refunded.
　　　※You need to pay
the utilities 10,000 yen

●Long term contract（6 months）
　Rent ￥50,000（Including utilities）
●Short term contract（Less than 6 months）
　Rent ￥53,000（Including utilities）
※Despite you've rented a room for 6 months as a long term contract,
   you decided to leave before 6 months, you are obligated to compensate the balance from short term rent.

※The Moving Expense 30,000 yen is separately necessary.

Open schedule in August, 2009. It is possible to use 3 difference stations. 「Musashi-Urawa」「Urawa」「Naka-Urawa」 Early monitor moving in beginning in June! (First 20 residances limitation)
