　　　　* Unfortunately we do not take a credit card. Cash or bank transfer only.
　　　　However, cash is allowed only the first time and we will charge you 1000 yen handling fee
　　　　for the cash payment because we need to go to a bank and make a deposit for you.
　　　　(The payment will be made to the building owner, not to the management company,
us, therefore we need a fee.)
　　　　* If you do prefer to use credit card or need to pay from foreign country,
　　　　we recommend you to use PayPal. Though, it is still cheaper than international
　　　　bank transfer, we need to charge a handling fee around 1500yen or so
　　　　(subject to change depends on how much you pay) for the PayPal user.
　　　　If you prefer to pay through PayPal, please send us your request.


++ Amount of Security Deposit to be Refunded Before Move Out
The amount you will get refunded would be after the following prices being deducted from your security deposit.
Refund Amount= (Security Deposit)15,000yen - (8,000yen Move-out Fee + Other (penalty, damage, etc..))
