　　　　However, cash is allowed only the first time and we will charge you 1000 yen handling fee
　　　　for the cash payment because we need to go to a bank and make a deposit for you.
　　　　(The payment will be made to the building owner, not to the management company,
us, therefore we need a fee.)
　　　　* If you do prefer to use credit card or need to pay from foreign country,
　　　　we recommend you to use PayPal. Though, it is still cheaper than international
　　　　bank transfer, we need to charge a handling fee around 1500yen or so
　　　　(subject to change depends on how much you pay) for the PayPal user.

The amount you will get refunded would be after the following prices being deducted from your security deposit.

Re: Penalty
Despite you've rented a private room for more than 6 months long term contract, you are living no less than 6 months, you are obligated to pay the balance from short term rent.　The total amount will be either deducted from your security deposit or billed with your final rent.

Example:
You signed a long term contract for a private room at 49,000yen/mo.,
but decided to move out after 3 months,
that you must pay the balance from short term rent of 52,000yen/mo.

Penalty =
(Rent differences: 3000yen)x(numbers of months and days you stayed: 3 months)=9000yen
