Single Room Type A 43,000yen (Utilities: 9,000yen)
Single Room Type B (LOFT) 40,000yen (Utilities: 9,000yen)

Shared Type C1 (Double Decker) 24,000yen (Utilities: 6,000yen)

Rental Payment
Please pay next month rental before 27th of the previous month
Eg: Please deposit May rental before 27th April to the specify account.

Utilities Includes
Electicties, Gases, Water, Internet, and consumable (Toilet paper, cleaner, etc.)

Entrance Fee
20,000yen (One time charges)

Contract Term
Minimum: 1 month
Maximum: 11 months

Other Fees
Renewal Fee 3,000yen (Applicable upon contract renewal)
moving out Fee 5,000yen (Applicable upon moving out)
Relocate Fee 5,000yen (Applicable upon room changing within same house)

Flow Chart until Move In
Step 1: Preview
Please make your reservation thru TEL or e-mail.
Available Visiting Time between 10:00 －18:00

Step 2: Decide the room
For oversea applicant, you may decide thru email with the info available on Internet or call us.

Step 3: Application
Apply thru fax or email, by filling out the designated form. Please attach with photo identification (Eg. Passport or Alien Registration Card)
We will make a simple screening with the detail provided.

Step 4: Reservation
Deposit the entrance fee of 20,000yen to confirm your room reservation.
Please notices that entrance fee are not refundable under any circumstances.

Step 5: Sign the Contract & Move in
In general, please sign the contract & move in within 14 days after the reservation.
(Contract will sign on the spot of move in day)

Step 6: Rental payment
Please make the payment within 2 day of the contract date, current month rental will calcutate by daliy rate.
(Depend of your entrance date, we will invoice you the bill on the move-in day.)
※For move in period after 20th, we will invoice the current month rent along with next month rental.

Leave
Step 1. Filling up Leaving Application
Please contact us at least 1 month before your scheduled leaving, by filling up the leaving application form and hand in to us.
If you inform us two months ahead, you will receive a 3,000yen discount on cleaning fee.
Eg. If you want to leave on 15 July, please submit before 14 June.
If you want to leave on 15 July, but you submit the form on 20 June, the daily rental rate will be charge until 19 July.

Step 2. Room Check
Please reconfirm your leaving time 3 days before. (We will assign a staff to do the room check with you) Please make your leaving time between 10:00 – 18:00

Step 3: On your leaving date
Please clean the floor, wiping, garbage, clean your fridge, shoe box and so on.
Please remove the cover from the Futon, and place it on top of Futon.
Please inform the post office that you will move to a new place.
